Terms of Use for the Menago App

These terms apply to the Menago mobile app (app ID pl.menago.zawodnik), available at biegkreta.pl/menago. Last updated: 31 October 2026.

1. General Information

The owner and operator of Menago is Radosław Puchała. Contact: radek@smolec.pl.

Menago helps runners create and follow training plans, analyse running activities and communicate with a coach. Access requires an individual access code supplied through biegkreta.pl. Orders and payments for access codes are governed by that portal’s terms, and the portal is operated by Stowarzyszenie Klub Biegacza Sobótka.

2. Using the App

• Users must use the app for its intended purpose and protect their access codes against unauthorised use.
• Training plans provide sporting guidance, not medical advice. Users should adapt exercise to their health and abilities.
• The operator may update the app, fix issues and develop its features. Users will be informed appropriately of material changes to these terms.

3. Garmin Connect Integration

Menago plans to offer an optional Garmin Connect integration. Once available, users will be able to authorise a connection to import completed activities and send planned workouts to Garmin Connect.

• Connections use Garmin’s authorisation process. Menago does not request Garmin account passwords.
• Before planned workouts are sent to Garmin Connect, users will be informed of the data being transferred and asked for the appropriate consent.
• Users may disconnect their Garmin account to stop further synchronisation. They may request deletion of previously imported data by emailing radek@smolec.pl.
• Garmin data is used for Menago’s training features in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Users must not use the integration to gain unauthorised access to Garmin data, services or systems, or remove source attributions.
• Garmin Connect is a third-party service, and its availability and features may change. Garmin does not operate Menago, create Menago training plans, sponsor or endorse the app.

Use of Garmin services is also subject to Garmin’s policies, including the Garmin Connect Privacy Policy.

4. Personal Data

Radosław Puchała is the controller of personal data processed in the Menago app. The categories of data, processing purposes, retention and user rights are described in the Menago Privacy Policy available on the app’s website.

5. Liability and Contact

The operator makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the app functions correctly. However, technical interruptions or limitations affecting third-party features may occur. The operator is liable in accordance with applicable law; these terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.

6. Final Provisions

These terms take effect upon publication. They may be updated for justified technical, organisational or legal reasons. Users will be informed appropriately of material changes. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law.
